Wedding Planning Trip to Guatemala

Sparks Weddings, in collaboration with Sparks Travel, will coordinate and manage all logistics for

your upcoming wedding planning trip to Guatemala. From accommodations and transportation to

personalized planning sessions, we’re here to ensure a seamless and productive visit as you

prepare for your special day.

Trip Costs

The cost of your planning trip will be outlined in your proposal and includes:

• Round-trip airport transfers (arrival and departure)
• Accommodations in both Guatemala City and Antigua Guatemala
• Engagement photo session (if requested)

Additional wedding-related expenses—samples, tastings, and beauty trials—will be billed directly to the couple.

Rest assured, no charges will be made without your prior approval.

To Schedule Your Planning Trip, Please Ensure the Following:

1. You’ve reviewed and approved the initial proposal

   (Refer to the SUMMARY OF CHARGES tab in your client portal.)

2. Sparks Weddings has confirmed availability

   Please do not purchase flights until we’ve confirmed your dates.

3. Your trip is scheduled between May and July

   (This is the only window available for planning trips—no exceptions.)

4. You’ve allocated 3 weekdays for the trip

   – 1 day in Guatemala City

   – 2 days in Antigua Guatemala or Lake Atitlán

5. Your wedding date, venues, and top 5 vendors have been selected

   (Venue, catering, photographer, videographer, and florist.)
